Little Jacob | Kent Family Photographer
Jayne Nottage
Last weekend I had the joy of meeting The Bors, Lauren, Dan and Jacob. Little Jacob was, as you would expect, a tad suspect of this new lady in his house with a big black box she keeps putting over her face. But like all the little people I get to capture they soon warm up to me being around. That's is just one of the many benefits of having a relaxed shoot over a couple of hours is that everyone soon forgets the camera is around and I get to capture the really special and unique relationships in a family.
We started by spending some time in their home in Canterbury. Jacob was in full flow of teething and therefore loved a chew on whatever he could get his teeth on, including what seems to be most babies' firm favourite, the remote the control! I love the photo where Dan has taken the remote off Jacob and he's just looking longingly at it.
We then headed out to the beautiful Westgate Gardens in the centre of Canterbury to capture a few more family memories outside.
Here are a few of my favourites from the morning...
