My better half and I both spent lots of time as kids on North Devon sands. So going back is ALWAYS such a joy. This summer the weather was a complete mash up of rain coats, shorts, jumpers and suncream.

Since my eldest hit 10 it feels like the years are some how going faster and faster. Here we are at the start of a new school year with one in secondary, two in primary and my youngest to start pre school in a few months! Not too sure how this happened!!

In March 2020 the kiddies drew a count down calendar to a family holiday to Holland and then, only a few days into the chart we had to break it to them that we couldn’t actually go. Sad times!
