My favourites popped into a blog

Well this was a crazy fun first. I got to be an undercover photographer for 20 minutes!

I pretended to peruse the beautiful kitchen garden at The Pig in Bridge while keeping an eye out for the arrival of Jay and Sarah. I was buzzing with nervous excitement, hoping that Sarah wouldn’t get suspicious of me. Sarah was so wonderfully absorbed in the moment that she didn’t even notice me capturing their memories for a good 5 minutes !

I made sure I had a lens on that enabled them to have lots of space to just soak up the moment. Jay popped back to their hotel room to grab a bottle of champagne and they had a glass (or two) while Sarah grilled Jay on all the white lies he had tolled to make sure it truly was a surprise.

When I left Jay and Sarah, to float around somewhere on cloud nine, my cheeks hurt from all the smiling. It truly was such a special moment to be part of.
