Today's little moments become tomorrows treasured memories. This is true of everyday family life but in some way even more poignant when families who used to live under one roof, who have now grown up and had families of their own get to spend precious holiday time together.
11 of The Roberts family came from their corners of the world to all stay in Waltham, Kent together during this gloriously sunny summer to celebrate Mick and Carolyn's 40th Wedding Anniversary. I had the joy of spending a morning with them all capturing their little moments.
The crazy heat didn't slow the children (and some of the adults!) down. They played football, tennis, frisbee, boules and croquet. The essential snack and book time was needed to simply get the kiddies sit down for 5 minutes.
