The Prentices | Kent Family Photography

I couldn’t thank the Prentices enough for inviting me to be part of their wonderfully quirky family afternoon.
I met them at Yatsar Pottery’s workshop in rural Canterbury but before they got their hands stuck into making some amazing creations out of clay we had a short wander in the countryside. Little people never fail to bring the drama and excitement. Poor little Eli fell over in the mud and wasn’t too chuffed with the gooey sticky brown stuff all over his hands, trousers and shoes bless him...all part of normal family life eh!
Emily, the lovely lady behind Yatsar pottery (you need to go check her out and give her some love), invited us into to her little studio. Emily had thought of everything. The bigger people got to throw the real clay and the little ones had some air dry clay to mould like play dough. It was a perfect combination!
There was a whole lot of laughter and too many lovely little moments to count. Definitely a shoot I will never forget and I hope you enjoy my favourites...there are quite a few of them...
If you are an Instagramer do come and say hello.
