Having a good giggle on the door step was a great way to start the shoot. Laurienne opened the front door and we both realised that we had already met quite a few times at a local mother and toddler group but neither of us had put two and two together (even though we chatted on the the phone for a good half hour during the week).
Laurienne and Martin wanted to capture some precious memories of them as a family of 3 before their second little person made an appearance. Bertie, their two year old, was just a gem. He straight away wanted me to come into the lounge so he could show me his piano and then shortly after instructed Mum and Dad to play their guitars too. We then had a perfectly autumnal time in the garden. Bertie was in his element with all the raking, sweeping and throwing of leaves!
All the garden fun was followed with story time and baking. Not just any baking though, these guys made their Christmas pudding (it smelled absolutely divine and made me want to go home eat a couple of mince pies and pop on Micaehl Buble).
I found it so hard to chose my favourites and there was so many lovely ones….
If you’d like some pictures to capture your snap shot in time do get in contact, I’d love to help. If you would like a nose at a few more families I have had the joy of meeting recently simply click on the images below…
